There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 22.10.2019 and 14.11.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of the matter listed under the caption for dismissal, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matters diligently. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in both the writ petitions shall stand dismissed.
