THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.17679 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 by harassing and threatening with dire consequences by interfering with the peaceful life of the petitioner and her family members by interfering with the Civil dispute, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and also violation of principles of natural justice consequently direct the 1st respondent to take action according to law, against the respondents 2 to 4 for their illegal interference of life the petitioner and her family members and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court now there is no interference by the police and the petitioner herein may be permitted to renew his request by way of filing another writ petition, if any further cause of action arises.

3. Recording the said submission, writ petition stands disposed of, with the liberty as prayed for.
