Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Standing counset appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf oF the I respondent submits that complaining violation of the orders of this Court dated 27.12.2022 passed in W.p.No.46tS4 of 2022, the present Contempt case is filed.

The relevant portion of the order dated 27.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.46154 of 2022, reads as under: "Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner had made a representation on 11.07.2022 and also the fact that the same has not been considered by the respondent authority till as on date, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.07.2022 as per the circulars Ref.No.

CRP/PER/IR/C/081/1990, dated 1s.12.2017 and Circular Ref.No.CRP/PER/IR/C/)81/72, dated 20.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly communicating the decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs",

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent brings on record the proceedings dated i 12.08.2023 of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Man u guru area vide reference No. M NG/PER/DEP / 1322. 5.

A bare perusal of the same indicates that in compliance with the order dated 27.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.46l54 of 2022, the petitioner will be paid arrears and revised Pension a nd Gratu ity as well .

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that in compliance to the orders of this Court dated 27.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.46l54 of 2022, the amounts were even credited into petitioner's account but then the petitioner was not aware whether the respondent Authority had calculated the amount as per the last drawn salary or as per the present salary as on date and requests that an affidavit may be filed to that effect by the respondent herein.

7. This Court opines that the order dated 27.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.46t54 of 2022 has been complied with and

--7 sr{,1 if the petitioner has any further grievance, it is open for the petitioner to pursue his remedies as are available under law. B.

With these observations, this Contempt Case is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
