THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.11142 & 11173 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

When these matters are taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation, submits that the subject matter of the Writ Petitions is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.14783 of 2010 and batch, dated 12.10.2011. 2.

In W.P.No.14783 of 2010 and batch, this Court held as under:

"Hence, the writ petitions are allowed. It is directed that the services of the petitioners shall be regularised with effect from the date on which the employees selected in pursuance of the notification dated 10.10.1999 were regularised, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.285, dated 05.10.2007. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners, however, shall not be entitled to any monetary benefit, on account of the change of date of regularisation." 3.

Following the said decision, several other Writ Petitions were also allowed. Though learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation submits that aggrieved by the orders in the earlier Writ Petitions, Writ Appeals are preferred and they are pending. It is not in dispute that no stay is granted in the said Writ Appeals. 4.

Following the decision of this Court in W.P.No.14783 of 2010 and batch, dated 12.10.2011, these Writ Petitions are also allowed and the impugned orders are set aside. The respondents are directed to grant notional increments to the petitioners from 05.10.2007 to 01.07.2009. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
