THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19081 of 2014 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.23471 of 2015 dated 30.11.2015 and that a copy of the same is also placed on record.

In view of the above, following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed by setting aside the impugned order and directing the second respondent to accept the request of the petitioners to record change of ownership of the subject sawmill namely, M/s.Sri Vijaya Durga Saw Mill, Mylavaram, from petitioner No.1 to petitioner No.2. This exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 23rd MARCH, 2017.
