This writ petition was filed by two employees of the Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad, assailing the circular dated 17.11.2004 issued by the Industrial Relations Officer, Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad, and seeking a consequential direction to conduct the election of office bearers of the fourth respondent Union for the year 2004-05 by observing democratic process.

No interim orders were granted by this Court in this writ petition. As the issue raised in this writ petition relates to an election of the year 2004-05, the cause has become infructuous by efflux of time. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
