I This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the I petitioner/accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.235 of 2019 on the file of Station House Office, L.B. Nagar L and O Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 170, 419, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, Section 24 (lB) (b) Arms Act.
2. On written instructions and as per e-courts status information, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, the police filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and FIR No.235 of 2019 was assigned. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. However, the petitioner-Accused No.3 is at liberty to move this Court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet.
