THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.25019 of 2014 Oral Order:

Heard Sri T.S.Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner. No representation for the respondents. The petitioner complains against the inaction of the respondents in supplying electricity to the land of the petitioner of an extent of Ac.0.16 cents in Sy.No.312/2, Nagendra Nagar, Adoni Road, Kurnool as illegal and contrary to the Electricity Act, 2003. From the material available on record, particularly having regard to the communication dated 22.11.2010 addressed by the respondents to the petitioner, it cannot be said that the grievance of inaction set to be pointed out by the petitioner is tenable. Hence, the prayer of the petitioner needs to be rejected and it is accordingly rejected. However, from the letter dated 22.11.2010 it is clear that respondents are yet to take a final decision on the request of the petitioner for providing electricity supply to the land referred to above. Having regard to the querries raised through the letter dated 22.11.2010, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to comply with the objections

raised by the Department and resubmit the application for appropriate orders. If the application is resubmitted, the respondents are directed to consider and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of such representation. It also made clear that this Court has not considered the title, dispute or assertions of the petitioner, but merely direct the respondents to pass final orders pursuant to the letter dated 22.11.2010.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
