This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, assailing the order, dated 23.12.2013, of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.1155 of 2012 in I.A.No.608 of 2011 in O.S.No.656 of 2009. 2 .

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 28.07.2017, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and that therefore, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
