Mr. J. Srinadh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to his client to respond to the impugned show-cause notice under Section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
