THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23546 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not completing the enquiry in terms of the directions of this Court in W.P.No.8771 of 2015, dated 15.04.2015, and to set aside the proceedings dated 20.03.2015 of the second respondent suspending the petitioner's authorisation of fair price shop No.102 of Ramakrishnapuram Village, Krishnagiri Mandal in Kurnool District.

It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that, after filing the Writ Petition, cancellation orders were passed by the second respondent and in view of the same, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the orders of cancellation. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
