ORDER (oRAL) This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not taking any action to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction undertaken by respondent Nos.6 and 7 in Plot No.51, Balaji Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional. 2.
Heard Mr. V. Aravind, leamed counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Krishna Reddy Putta, leamed Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5; and perused the material on record.

The petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the property bearing Plot No.5 1, Balaji Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. It is alleged that respondent Nos.6 and 7 have started illegal construction in the subject property. In this regard, petitioner submitted a complaints/representations
-- dated 12.01.2026 and 01.06.2026. However, no action has been initiated and respondent Nos.6 and 7 are proceeding with unauthorized construction on the subject property, as such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

Leamed Standing Counsel for GHMC submitted that respondent authorities would consider the complaints/representations submitted by the petitioner, and pass orders, in accordance with law. 5.
Recording the aforesaid submission of leamed Standing Counsel for the GHMC, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.5 to consider the complaints/representations of the petitioner dated 12.01.2026 and 01.06.2026 for removing the unauthorized construction and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner, respondent Nos.6 and 7 and all other concerned/interested persons, by affording an opportunity of hearing to them, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 6.
As this order is passed without entering into merits, notice to respondent Nos.6 to 7 are dispensed with. If respondent Nos.6 and,7 are in
*l!:+E!ry -) any way aggrieved by this order, they are liberty to approach this Court seeking modification of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, stand closed.
