CRLP NO: 6396 OF 2O2O Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioners on bail pending enquiry and trial in Crime No. 168 of 2020 of Miryalaguda II Town Polite Station, Nalgonda District in the interest of justice.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 74.72.2020 made in Crl.P. order dated 05.03.2021 made in IA No.1 of 2027 and Order dated 06.04,2021 made in IA No.2 of 2027 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C Ruthwik Reddy Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following

Heard both sides.
In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, condition as modified by this Court vide order dated O5.O3.2O21 in LA.No.1 ol 2O2L in Crl.P,No.6396 of 2020 directing the petitioner/A3 to appear on every 3'd Saturday before the concerned Police Station between 10,OO AM and 5.O0 PM till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet is hereby relaxed.
