CRIMI NAL PETITIO N No.6423 of 2020 ORDERT This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 & A.2, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.144 of 2O2O of Peddamandadi (M) Police Station, Wanaparthy District.

Heard. Perused the record.

3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, that charge-sheet has been filed in the subject crime before the Court concerned and the Sessions Case is numbered.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingty, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners/A.1 & A.2 are at Iiberty to work out the remedies available under law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
