Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition challenging the order of suspension, enquiry was conducted and show cause notice for termination of service was issued.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
