THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 74 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Application has been taken out under Section 457(1)(e) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 seeking the following:

i.

permit the Official Liquidator to break open the existing locks of flat at # B/8, III-F(plot No. 69) Vikas Apts., Prabhadevi, N.M. Kalemarge, Dadar, Mumbai seized by the Official Liquidator, Hyderabad on 07.08.2010 and to allow the members of Madhu Basant Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. to take necessary steps to get the repairs / arrest the leakages in the said flat ii.

order cost of this application from out of the assets of the company. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, this Application is ordered.
