This writ petition was filed assailing the Memo dated 12.07.2004 issued by the Joint Collector, Sangareddy, refusing to entertain the revision petition filed by the petitioners and seeking a consequential direction to the Joint Collector, Sangareddy, to entertain and dispose of the said revision petition on merits.

2. It is pertinent to note that the subject revision petition was filed against Respondents 2 to 10 herein but the present writ petition has already been dismissed for default against Respondents 2 to 6.

3. In that view of the matter, the issue as to whether the petitioners' revision petition can be entertained or not cannot be looked into in the absence of some of the respondents in the said revision petition. The writ petition therefore has to be dismissed in its
