THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.71 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.33 of 2009 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Avanigada and transfer the same to the Court of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
