ORDER

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.12.2017 to the 3rd and 4th respondents and the same is pending consideration. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for petitioner to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to verify the said representation and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to verify the representation dated 20.12.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
