HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO M.A.C.M.A. No. 2783 OF 2011 O R D E R:

Sri A.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel, addressed a letter dated 30.10.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellant-Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing also, the learned counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount as awarded by the Motor Accidents' Claims Tribunal (Principal District Judge, FTC), Kurnool, to the credit of O.P. No.468 of 2008 within a period of one month from today. The amounts already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, respondent No.1-claimant is entitled to withdraw the entire compensation amounts.
