HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.43012 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the 4th respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.387 of 2015 and file a final report. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of his complaint, the 4th respondent registered the above crime for the offence under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC and a notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C. was issued to him on 19.12.2015. But the 4th respondent has not completed the investigation so far.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
"The 4th respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.387 of 2015 and file a final report, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
