THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Appeal Nos. 890 & 891 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the writ appeals with liberty to the appellant to file appropriate proceedings before the Wakf Tribunal constituted under the provisions of the Wakf Act, 1995.

The writ appeals are disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. Having regard to the observations made in the impugned order, in particular, the concluding paragraph thereof, it is needless to mention that the Wakf Tribunal shall deal with the application that will be filed by the appellant, on merits, in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned order.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
