HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.19327 of 2017 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not taking any action against the 5th respondent on the representations dated 2.2.2017 & 10-2-2017 submitted by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents 1 to 4 to initiate action against the 5th respondent by removing the illegal construction made on the premises baring Nos.5-5-57/15/1 and 5-5-57/15/2 contrary to the permit granted by the 2nd respondent. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 1 to 4 are hereby directed to consider the representations dated 2.2.2017 & 10-2-2017 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
