HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16740 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.07.2017 against respondents 5 and 6 and failed to conduct enquiry on that complaint, as illegal and arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and for a consequential direction to the respondent No.4 to register the complaint of the petitioner and enquire into the same in accordance with law.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Cr.No.163/2018 was registered on 09.05.2018 under Sections 447, 427 IPC on the file of the 4th respondent police station against respondent Nos. 5 & 6 and investigation was taken up which is in progress.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
