It is brought to our notice that the suit O.S.No.949 of 2014 on the file of the XV Additional District Judge and Sessions Judge, RR District at LB Nagar, out of which this CMA arises, itself was allowed/decreed on 11.03.2019 in terms of the compromise, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
