OFFICE NOTE 13.02.2026 ETD,J When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Tr. to I.O. folder subject to corrections if any learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Crl.P.No.7728 of 2025 remains on record and that Crl.P.No.7953 of 2023 has been withdrawn by her, which leaves only Crl.P.No.7728 of 2025 and it is submitted that the roaster does not pertains to this Court.

Earlier, on the basis of instructions from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Crl.P.No.7728 of 2025 along with Crl.P.No.7953 of 2023 was posted before this bench. However, due to the change in circumstances, as Crl.P.No.7953 of 2023 has already been withdrawn, the question now remains as to which bench Crl.P.No.7728 of 2025 is to be posted.

In view of the same, the Registry is directed to take suitable instructions from the Honourable the Chief Justice and post the matter before appropriate Bench.
