THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.1127 of 2000 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed, under Section 100 CPC, assailing the judgment and decree dated 16.08.2000 in A.S.No.236 of 1997 on the file of III Additional Chief Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein whereby the decree and judgment dated 02.05.1997 passed in O.S.No.1926 of 1993 on the file of the X Assistant Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dismissing the suit filed by the plaintiff for perpetual injunction, was confirmed.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 3.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the State Government issued G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 30.12.2014 regularising the encroachments. He further submitted that the competent authority executed a deed of conveyance in favour of the appellant and her daughter-in-law on 25.01.2017 and 30.06.2016. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, no further orders are necessary in this appeal. 4.

Hence, the second appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
