Today also, there is no representation for the appellants. It appears the appellants are not evincing any interest to pursue the appeal. The Second Appeal is of the year 2000. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Second Appeal shall stand closed.
