HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.27554 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) In this Writ Petition, the petitioners have questioned the e-auction notice, dated 27-07-2015, for sale of secured assets/ immovable properties, issued by the respondent - State Bank of India, Jeedimetla Industrial Area Branch, Hyderabad, under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. When the matter is called for, it is submitted by Sri B.S. Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, that no auction was conducted on 28-08-2015 pursuant to the auction notice dated 27-07-2015, for want of purchasers. Thus, the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand disposed of.
