O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he made an application on 25.07.2016 to the 2nd respondent requesting to enter his name in online record in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-00 cents in Sy.No.716/A1A & Ac.0-30 cent in Sy.No.780 of Inuparajupalli Village, Karempudi Mandal, Guntur District. But the same is not being disposed of so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that there are disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, who is his brother's wife.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as unofficial respondent, in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
