This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.3 and A.4 in C.C.No.13 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for C.B.I. Cases, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
