HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.16285 OF 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 17.01.2018 passed in O.A No.3390 of 2017 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunals Act 1985 has been dismissed.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she submitted her online application in which she clearly stated that the said application is in respect Kothapalle Village of Doravarisatram Mandal. While giving address for communication, the petitioner gave the same as Mavillapadu Village, Polireddypalem Post, Doravarisatram Mandal. She did not apply for the post of Village Revenue Assistant of Mavillapadu Village.

3. If it is presumed that the petitioner applied for the post of Village Revenue Assistant for the village of Kothapalle, but she appeared for interview for the said village, and thereafter, when she was not selected, made representation, stating that, she applied for the village of Mavillapadu, not for the village of Kothapalle.

4. Thus, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be considered for the reason that the petitioner herself applied in her online application for the village of Kothapalle and she appeared for interview for the said village. When she could not get success thereafter started filing applications.

5. Finding no merit in the instant petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
