This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed against the petitioner/ A.1 in Crl.M.P.No.4216 of 2016 dated 14.12.2016 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge cum I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam as " petitioner/ A.1 shall be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing personal bond of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees fifty thousand only) and two sureties who shall each furnish a fixed deposits of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees fifty thousand only) to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Paderu" . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, being a coolie, is not in a position to comply with the condition imposed against him. Therefore, he prays to relax the above condition. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the said petition.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is a coolie and unable to produce fixed deposits, I am inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P.No.4216 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall furnish a personal bond for Rs.50,000/ -, with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Paderu. The rest of the conditions shall remain intact.
