HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.21796 OF 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inadequate investigation into Crime No.180/ 2014 as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on 4th respondent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the complaint was enquired into and final report was filed saying " lack of evidence" .

Mr.Roopesh Kumar Reddy does not press the writ prayer but seeks liberty from the Court to pursue the remedy available against the final report of respondents.

The writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
