HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37343 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari calling for records pertaining to Cr.No.157 of 2016 on the file of Police Station, Pamidi, Anantapur District and quash the same as against accused No.6 - the petitioner herein by holding it as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that already the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. The Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the petitioner is permitted to file bail application before the Court, which empowers to grant bail and on such application, the said Court is directed to consider the same favourably. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
