O R D E R

Sri Ashok Reddy Kanathala, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the Registrar, Satavahana University, Karimnagar, has now rejected the request of the petitioners for grant of affiliation for the academic year 2015-2016. Learned counsel states that this writ petition may be closed reserving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the subsequent order.

The writ petition is accordingly closed with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
