Donyri Ravinder Reddy v. Chief Immegiration Officer,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.20386 OF 2010
O R D E R
Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in continuing the Look Out Circular (LOC) and Red Corner Notice in the name of the petitioner in connection with Cr.No.206 of 2007 registered on the file of Police Station Miryalaguda Town, the present writ petition has been filed.
This court on 18.08.2010 while admitting the writ petition, passed the following interim order in WPMP.No.25917 of 2010 in W.P.No.20386 of 2010: "In the light of the orders passed by a Division Bench of this court in W.A.No.407 of 2010 and Crl.P.No.7257 of 2008, it is clear that there is no necessity or warrant to continue the Look Out Circular (LOC) or Red Corner Notice in the name of the petitioner in connection with Cr.No.206 of 2007. There shall accordingly be a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to leave India forthwith without reference to the aforestated LOC and Red Corner Notice, which are required to be withdrawn in terms of the aforestated orders passed by this court earlier."
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri B.Jithender, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government, on instructions, submit that the above criminal case against the petitioner ended in acquittal, and the interim order passed by this court is in force, and the petitioner is in abroad, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
Recording the above submission, writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
