ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to in taking action against the illegal/unauthorized constructions undertaken by respondent No.5 at house bearing door No.10-53, Bapanamma temple street, Anaparthi, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary. Mr.S.Siva Bhami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed a letter, dated 04.01.2016, to the Registry, wherein, he has stated that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel has reiterated the aforesaid request.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.40505 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
