When this matter was listed on 22.09.2017 for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners/Accused nor was made representation on their behalf. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed to 23.10.2017 finally. To day also, though the matter is posted finally, none appeared for the petitioners nor is made representation on their behalf. It thus reflects that the petitioners/accused have no interest to proceed further with the matter. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the criminal petition for non prosecution.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
