THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL Criminal Petition No. 1694 of 2013 Order:

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, after completion of investigation, the police have filed charge sheet against the nonpetitioner/A1 in the present crime and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
