This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.08.2019 against the 5th respondent.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner's complaint was registered in Crime No.800 of 2019; and that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
