This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, 02-11-2011, in WVMP.No.2750 of in WPMP.No.7126 of 2011 in WP.No.5721 of 2011, by the respondents.

Mr.T.Amarnath Goud, learned Counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 30-09-2016, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein it is stated that the respondents have considered the entire issue relating to toddy shops in Nizambad; that the same is in the process of amicable settlement; and that therefore, his client has requested him to withdraw the Contempt Case.

The above letter of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
