THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13011 OF 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.244 of 2013 on the file of the Police Station, Kovvur, West Godavari District.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
