The petitioners are the residents and owners of land in Sy.No.586/ 1, 2 and 3 of Nagaram village, Ranga Reddy District, presently Dammaiguda village, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, vide registered sale deeds during the period 1998-2000 and construction was made on obtaining permission of the Gram Panchayat. Since then, the petitioners are in peaceful possession and enjoying the property.

On 7-12-2006, respondent No.1 interfered with over the said property with the support of police and the same was anticipated on 09-12-2006. Thereafter, the writ petitioners approached the High Court and obtained interim order on 11.12.2006. No counter is filed by the respondents so far.

Heard and perused the material placed on record. 3.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the property, under the occupation of petitioners, without following due process of law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
