Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in W.A.No.125 of 2015, on the same subject, the judgment rendered by the learned Single Judge of this Court, is set aside.

Having regard to the same, the writ petition is dismissed as covered by the decision of the Division Bench in W.A.No.125 of 2015 & batch dated 06.08.2015. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
