HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI MACMA.No.1200 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award has been passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad. The said Award is placed on record.

Perusal of the said Award reflects that though the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent did not appear before the Lok Adalat, the Manager of National Insurance Company Private Limited/ 3rd respondent appeared before the Lok Adalat and after the matter is amicably settled, the Adalat Bench presided over by a Chairman, who is a former Judge of this Court, had passed an Award. The identity and authority of the said Manager, who appeared before the Adalat, is not in dispute. In view of the above, the MACMA is disposed of in terms of the Award of the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
