HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.25029 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5, in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition, and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 19.05.2016 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the action or inaction of the respondents, they may take appropriate steps before the appropriate authority available before the appropriate forum.
