THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8861 of 2017 ORDER:
Aggrieved by the action of respondents 3 and 4 in not considering representations, dated 24.11.2016 and 07.01.2017 submitted by petitioner seeking to issue e-pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour in respect of land to an extent of Acs.2.21 cents covered by Survey No.418/6 situated at Chowdepalli Village and Mandal, Chittoor District, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.
It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the aforesaid land from one C. Govindu vide registered sale deed No.490 of 2003, dated 06.03.2003 and since then, he is in possession and enjoyment of the same. It is his further case that the revenue authorities issued pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour in 2003 and entered his name in ROR register and Adangal Pahani. It is also his case that he has been raising crops in the said land and that he submitted representations to the revenue authorities to issue e-pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour but so far, respondents 3 and 4 are not issuing the same.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
ARR, J W.P.No.8861 of 2017 It is to be noted that the petitioner purchased the subject land under the registered sale deed and is in possession and enjoyment of it. It is also to be noted that he was issued pattadar pass book and title deed in his favour. He also filed copies of pattadar pass book, title deed and adangal/pahani, along with the Writ Petition, to that effect. Admittedly, the petitioner submitted aforesaid representations to respondent No.4 for issuance of e-pattadar pass book and title deed but they are pending. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider and dispose of aforesaid representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 14th MARCH, 2017.
