NO: 9170 OF 2013 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High court may be pleased to direct the respondents to receive the property tax only for the year 2012-2013 in respect of property bearing Municipal No. 1-8-702135/406, situated at Nallakunta, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad (PTIN No. 1090147254), pending disposal of the main writ petition.
