THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20813 of 2005 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, invited our attention to the judgment of Larger Bench of this Court in L.Royal Reddy and others [1] Vs. Government of A.P. and others to submit that the impugned demand notice, dated 27.08.2002, issued by the first respondent is liable to be quashed and set aside in view of the law laid down in the said judgment.

3. Mr. B. Satyanarayana, learned Government Pleader for Transport appearing for the respondents, fairly states that the question raised in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of Larger Bench and she has no objection for setting aside the demand notice. The demand notice is accordingly set aside and the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
